Which data is processed?

In order to be able to offer related services we process personal data on the following legal bases:

- For the fulfilment of contracts (Art. 6 Par. 1 lit. b) GDPR),
- On the basis of a balancing of interests (Art. 6 Par. 1 lit. f) GDPR),
- To fulfil a legal obligation (Art. 6 Par. 1 lit. c) GDPR).
In connection with each processing we will refer to the relevant terms so that you can identify and classify the basis on which we are processing personal data. If personal data is processed on the basis of your consent you have the right to revoke your consent to us at any time for the future. If we process data on the basis of a balancing of interests, you as the person concerned have the right to object to the processing of personal data according to the requirements of Art. 21 GDPR.
When you visit our website personal data is processed in order to display the contents of the website on your device. Your IP address has to be retrieved and stored for the website pages to be rendered in your browser. Further information on the browser of your device is stored. According to the data protection act we are obliged to guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of the personal data processed within our IT systems. For this purpose and out of this interest the following data is logged on the basis of a balance of interests:
- IP-address of the calling computer (for a maximum of 7 days),
- Operating system of the calling computer,
- Browser version of the calling computer,
- Name of the file accessed,
- Date and time of access,
- Transferred data volume,
- Referring URL.
The IP-address will be deleted from all systems used in connection with the operation with this website after 7 days at the latest. A personal reference can no longer be established from the remaining data. Furthermore, the data is used to identify and correct errors on the website.
On our website we offer a contact form which you can use to request information on our products or services or to contact us. The data you need to answer an inquiry is marked as mandatory fields. Information on other data fields is voluntary. We need this information in order to process your request, to address you correctly and to send you an answer. The data processing takes place in the case of specific inquiries to fulfil a contract or to initiate a contract. In the case of general inquiries, processing takes place on the basis of a balance of interests. Inquiries via the contact form on our website are electronically processed in order to answer your request. In this context, other persons or departments or possibly third parties may also receive knowledge of the content of the contact form you have sent. The form data is transmitted via encrypted internet connections.
Cookies are used on our website. Cookies are small text files which are stored on your device via your browser. The cookies are required to enable certain functions of our website. We use session cookies which are automatically deleted from your browser immediately after you have finished visiting the website. This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content such as the inquiries you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL encryption is activated the data that are transmitted from you to us cannot be read by third parties.
Based on the saved connection data, this site uses the web analysis tool "Webalizer" for statistical analysis of the accesses by users to this site. "Webalizer" creates analyses based on the data from the server log files, for example on the number of hits, file / page requests, visits, etc. These evaluations are carried out on the basis of Article 6, Paragraph 1, Sentence 1, Letter f of the GDPR. The web analysis tool used is intended to ensure a needs-based design and continuous optimization of our offer. On the other hand, we use the "Webalizer" to statistically record the use of our offer and evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our offer. These interests are to be regarded as legitimate within the meaning of the aforementioned regulations. These evaluations are not combined with other data sources, in particular with personal data. The information generated is stored in Germany. A disclosure to third parties does not occur.
Purposes of processing personal data
We process the aforementioned data for the operation of our website and for the fulfilment of contractual obligations towards our customers and the safeguarding of our legitimate interests. In the case of inquiries from you outside of an active customer relationship, the data is processed for the purposes of sales and advertising. You can object to the use of your personal data for advertising purposes at any time.
If you voluntarily provide us with data, e.g. in forms, which are not required for the fulfilment of our contractual obligations we process this data on the justified assumption that the processing and use of this data is in your interest.

Deletion of data
