For our administration, sales and design activities, we employ staff with business and technical training, graduates from the universities and technical colleges. In the production division staff have usually complete industrial training for metal working, surface treatment and electrical engineering. As a rule, FFG offers apprenticeships and training for the following vocations:
- Warehouse management
- Industrial clerk
- IT clerk
- Industrial mechanic
- Design mechanic
- Lathe operator
- Graduate manager
- Graduate business engineer
At the moment FFG has 30 apprentices.
